elviticus #1 Posted August 20, 2004 Having a huge game collection is really handy sometimes! Yesterday, I broke my left arm and I'm out of work for a few weeks (sucks) and I THOUGHT I'd be out of games too.. except maybe pac man... However, I was forgetting the foot pedal controller I got from AA a few months ago ! Haven't used it much up till now - but i am REALLY happy to have it now! For the stick, I'm using a Sega Genesis arcade stick, which has a nice wide base so I can operate it w/one hand. The footpedal takes care of the fire button, and I'm back playing Atari today !! bcprs1 #5 Posted August 20, 2004 Too bad Atari never released the mind controller. Then you wouldn't have to worry even if you broke both arms and legs.
AtariDude #6 Posted August 21, 2004 The mind controller was not released because extended use gave players headaches. In addition, during one demonstration at a computer show, it slipped off the person who was demonstrating it and it broke.
