Best boxing game ever?

Boxing games are my favorites. Both Punch-Outs are fun games. My favorites in no order though are:

 

Greatest Heavy Weights (Genny)

Rocky(GC)

Rocky Battles the Champ(CV)

Ring King (NES)

Legends of the Ring(SNES)

Not yet Paul...it is on my list of games to try, I have played the demo, and I believe I got my ass kicked by the ring card girl...

 

It's very enjoyable. Thanks to the control system, your arms actually feel like you've been in a boxing match afterwards!

Punch Out is definitely the best. Although I have bet it many times, I still have to fire it up every now and then. Just one of those rare games you don't mind playing over and over again.

Man, is there anything better the Mike Tyson's Punch Out for the NES? Or Super Punch Out for the SNES? Why aren't there any other boxing games as fun as these?

I always loved Toughman Contest on the mega drive/genesis. It had good graphics. especially the chics in bikini's. The sound also impressed me, plenty of voices 'Wimps need not apply'. Not a bad punch either.

One of my favs is Evander "Real Deal" Holyfield Boxing

for the Sega Genesis. Alan Beast was always a little better

than the others in this game.

 

Soda Popinski and Mr Sandman are my favorite characters in MTPO.

Tyson's Punchout, hands down. It's fun, challenging, unique and whimsical. I also like it because its one of the only boxing games that stresses the importance of defense. Greatest Heavyweights and Ring King are great too.

i havent really played any of the ones you guys are mentioning but the only one i have played for a while is ready 2 rumble for dreamcast and i enjoy that.
