Ok I have seen some of these new games like Elevator Action and Combat 2. My first question is what are all of the new atari games. Secondly what new atari games are being made currently. And lastly with all these new games coming out will somebody PLEASE make Kaboom 2 for atari 2600!

On AtariAge, if you look into the companies section under 2600, and then to Hozer Video Games, all the modern day 2600 games will be there.

There are a few ways to track down these games on AtariAge, but the easiest way is to search through the Rarity guide for games listed as Modern Era. Here's a query to get you started:

This returns 29 games, although some of them are listed twice since they were self-published and later published by Hozer Video Games. When authors publish titles themselves we list the company as Self-Published, which is a convenient way to grouop these titles together. You can also look at the Hozer Video Games, Ebivision, and Intellivision Productions company entries to see which games each of those companies has produced.
