can someone please help me out here i have found this pole position cart yesterday and i have never seen one like it could not find on site. please can anyone help hre are some pics.

Where are you from? I'm pretty sure that that is an Australian cart.

They are pirate carts, mostly found in Australia, although i found some of them in Singapore.

 

Anyway they have nothing to do with Brazil

On a tangent, does anyone know why the Atari name still has it's appropriate ® mark on this and similar carts, but there is no © or ™ on the game's name? Sorry for what I realize is an esoteric question... Just lead me wonder if I could strike it rich in Brazil making Asteroids carts without copyright or trademark...
