Activision query

I'm trying to get hold of all the early Activision games (PAL format - british, see) and I've found that while the early releases have nice colour manuals and labels, some later ones (I have a copy of Frostbite which says for 2600/7800 with a nasty whilte cart label) have trashy black+white basic manuals.

At what point did Activision stop doing their good labels and manuals?

Are there earlier copies of Frostbite, for instance, that have colour labels and manuals?
