I placed an order last week and I haven't heard anything since. I sent them an email this morning about it but haven't heard anything yet. are they still in business? or is this normal for them?

well its been a week since I placed my order. still not a peep of an update. I sent an email 2 days ago and still haven't recieved a response. how much longer should I wait before I should be concerned about the lack of communication?
