There were a bunch of Monitor carts made (something like 100), but nobody ever made any 7800 games with them. I thought about buying one when Harry Dodgson started selling them, but I knew that I didn't have the programming skill, so someone who did should buy it instead. But nobody has ever released a 7800 homebrew. What a waste.
