ApolloBoy #3 Posted September 21, 2004 Great Deal! Yeah, I know. I find it surprising that nobody else bid on it except for the person I outbid, especially when you consider the fact that Colecovisions go for too much money these days.
Blackjack #4 Posted September 21, 2004 If (on the off chance) it ends up not working, I want the power supply.
Mindfield #5 Posted September 21, 2004 Indeed, very good price. CV stuff is at a high water mark these days, especially boxed. (I've been trying to get a boxed one for months and they always shoot up to rediculous prices) Even the games have a habit of going well above the average Atari cart. I've gotten some lucky deals over the last few months on some good (and some rare) games -- but it seems like every time I actively bid and try to snipe the ones I really want, they go through the roof. About the only chance I have for those are semi-unmarked auctions with vague descriptions and no pictures that fly under the heavy hitters' collective radars. ApolloBoy #8 Posted September 29, 2004 Oh, I forgot to mention that shipping was around $7.50 (he's in California), so the whole thing cost me less than $25!

doubledown #10 Posted October 1, 2004 Well all you need now is to get it modded with A/V outputs and the "Intro Skip" BIOS!!!
SteveW #11 Posted October 1, 2004 So, what's the third game? The one that was face-down in the auction photo?
SpendTooMuchOnAtari #12 Posted October 1, 2004 So, what's the third game? The one that was face-down in the auction photo? Yes, do tell
ApolloBoy #13 Posted October 2, 2004 So, what's the third game? The one that was face-down in the auction photo? Yes, do tell Donkey Kong. I was expecting it to be DK, too. It's missing the label, so I can understand why he flipped it over in the pic.
Mindfield #14 Posted October 2, 2004 It seems like there are certain CV carts that are prone to label loss. I have about 3 label-less DKs, plus a Zaxxon and a Ladybug.

Yeah, I see what you're getting at, my Wargames label is kinda peeling off. Must be the glue they used...
