MESS Version 0.87 Released

Version 0.87 of MESS (the Multi Emulator Super System) is now available for Windows. The changes in this latest release include updates to a wide variety of system drivers (APPLE1, EXIDY, MICROBEE, AMSTRAD, NESPAL, and VTECH), improvements and bug fixes in the Windows user interface, and some source updates as well (this version is based on MAME 0.87).
