GruBBworM #3 Posted October 3, 2004 Perhaps the GC is the best system and nobody wants to get rid of it or their GC games

Adrian M #11 Posted October 4, 2004 Perhaps the GC is the best system and nobody wants to get rid of it or their GC games By that logic, so is the XBOX since you rarely see XBOX games for sale in these forums.

Because X-box owners can just play teh Romz! Who buys games anymore? Or maybe becuase theres only like 5-10 gamecube games worth owning, and not much else ever gets bought so no one buys games, plays thru them and then resells. The 5-10 worth owning stays put in collection. Most all others stay put in the retail stores.

Adrian M #15 Posted October 4, 2004 Because X-box owners can just play teh Romz! A small percentage do. I don't however. Who buys games anymore? I do.
video game addict #16 Posted October 4, 2004 Because X-box owners can just play teh Romz! A small percentage do. I don't however. Who buys games anymore? I do. I jest, but seriously see people on these very forums bragging(?) about teh romz. Or how they'd like to play online but don't own the proper type of game yet. :sigh: that's probably more common & of a much larger percentage than you think/know, when some probably never admit to what they do. I for one like owning originals too. Epecially like clearanced games, hard to resist! But New games at retail prices I try only buy maybe one $50 title a month, most are already hitting budget prices, or started off cheap to begin with.
