in french? it was made for Canada and is therefore NTSC...how did I in FL get this, its not one I think I got in trade form Canada.

Sometimes games from Canada game with English and French titles. So I think french is a second language in Canada.

Coleco carts sold in Canada included a separate French label that could be applied over the English label. You probably just got one that someone slapped said label on.

Not especially, I don't think.

 

The Atari carts may have been different, but I know Coleco's carts for their own Colecovision came with the separate labels. I have a couple of carts where that label was applied -- upside-down. (Obviously a lot of kids had a serious lack of orientation skills. :-))
