PAL display compatablity question

Recommended Posts

This was posted in the hardware section but I think this thread has more traffic so here goes..

I have an A/V modded North American six switcher that I use on a North American Commodore 1702 monitor. Will this set up allow me to properly display PAL games? I know alot of the obvious stuff about this question but I am wondering if maybe these monitors are region free or something like that. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. :)

When it comes to the 2600, the display output is dependent on the region of cart you're running. A PAL cart outputs a PAL signal. So you need a display capable of handing the PALness.
