This guy bought 3 Coleco games from me in May , paid with paypal, I sent them with insurance, but he filed a complaint on me with paypal.

 

He received the package in July, wrote July the 13rd that he got it.

 

I asked him to tell paypal that the package arrived, got an answer July the 20th and he told me he would phone them.

 

He never did.

 

Since then NO replies to email, but he has positive feedback on ebay in Septembre.

 

I sent paypal the proof of sending, the ID code from German Post, , but paypal does not believe me, although I phoned them several times an faxed various documents.

 

I don't give this guy the games for free, but I cannot deal with paypal since June and this is really sad.

 

If anyone knows this guy, please help me, because paypal is a catastrophe - I have all the proof and they just won't re-open my account until this guy, who doesn't respond to my mails tells them that the items arrived.

 

Any help appreciated.

The ebay name of the buyer is gamemaster489.

 

He apparently bought games around Septembre 20th, so he must be still around.

i know him, and not in the good way

i know he has 2 ebay accounts, but i dont know the other one

 

i got a spam email from his aol email address, so i asked him about it and this is what he said

some one got into my aol and send that i don't use aol more i have cable

 

and you know its him from the VERY bad grammar

i forgot his cable email so i had to use the ask the seller a question option

he responded within 2 hours, so i believe he is blowing you off, and he will do nothing to help you or fix this situation

I really NEED my paypal account back, but although I have a tracking number, paypal does NOTHING.

The problems have finally been resolved, that means I can use paypal again.

 

It took some time, but everything is ok now.
