Selling large qts. of games and hardware

I'm giving up business until end of 2004 and still have large qts. of hardware and games.

 

Please note : I cannot ship single games, because min. shipping is $35. I cannot accept paypal anymore, because they don't accept insured packages from Germany.Only checks or cash or bank transfer.

 

ATARI XL/XE games are NTSC.ATARI 2600 games mostly PAL when NTSC isn't mentioned.

Das PayPal Problem ist aber echt n'bischen schade, Bank-Überweisungen sind hier echt nicht so Toll. Die einzige Methode fuer mich ist PayPal, Ich wuerde sehr gerne noch ein paar Fatal Run's kaufen. Kannst Du nicht ein neues Konto mit den Ärschen auf machen?

It's too bad you won't accept Paypal from established members of AA. That'll likely cost you quite a few sales. International bank transfers are expensive.

I will not give him the games for free and paypal does not accept the German tracking number, although it's valid and can be tracked online.

 

That means paypal is NOT possible unless I get a new credit card and create a new account.

 

But payment is possible with CHECKS or BIDPAY, too.This shouldn't be expensive for the buyer.

 

Or someone must force the guy to tell paypal the truth, that the package arrived and lift the limitations.

OK, wait until next week, I have faxed them all information for the package - tracking number and official letter by German Post.

 

If they don't lift the limit on my account, I will make a NEW account with some freemail account, so that paypal payment will be possible

again.

 

So anyone who wants to order games can do so now, just has to wait 1 or maybe 2 weeks for payment.

Technically it's not free. Banks are not allowed to charge more for an international transfer then for a national transfer. If a bank also charges a fee for a national transfer they can charge the same amount for an international transfer (both sending and receiving bank). Since for most banks national transfers are free, so are international transfers. But there are a few exceptions (it seems some banks also have a fee for a national transfer). I got burned by this once...
