memorymoog #1 Posted October 12, 2004 I know that spy hunter and stargate use the second joystick to drop bombs etc., but what other games utilize both controllers?

Cootster #3 Posted October 12, 2004 Radar Lock uses the right stick to select weapons. . .
candiru #4 Posted October 12, 2004 Riddle of the Sphinx uses both.

Inky #7 Posted October 13, 2004 When are we gonna get a hack of Stargate that uses the keypad instead of the joystick to select weapons?
Atariboy #8 Posted October 13, 2004 Raiders of the Lost Ark and Riddle of the Sphinx do? No wonder I never understood them, guess I should try reading instructions.
nester #9 Posted October 13, 2004 Doesn't Crazy Climber use two joysticks?
SS #10 Posted October 13, 2004 Doesn't Crazy Climber use two joysticks? Nope. I wish it did though. Hmmmm ... Thomas?

Thomas Jentzsch #14 Posted October 13, 2004 Why not? My todo-list is already way too long and I want to keep some free time for my own projects. Plus there are enough other people who can do the job too.
Kev_kiske #15 Posted October 14, 2004 Battlezone is also another good game that uses two joysticks. Weird driving.

Rob Mitchell #17 Posted October 14, 2004 Battlezone is also another good game that uses two joysticks. Weird driving. That is Thomas' hack of Battlezone that uses two joysticks. His hack of Robot Tank does the same thing. There's a hack of Combat that uses two joysticks per player .. but requires a special splitter connector to do that. Godzilla #18 Posted October 14, 2004 inky: I've already used my star raiders keypad with 2600 stargate succesfully. Heck I even have an old star raiders overlay where I wrote the different functions on the back of it.
Big Player #19 Posted October 14, 2004 Battlezone is also another good game that uses two joysticks. Weird driving. That is Thomas' hack of Battlezone that uses two joysticks. His hack of Robot Tank does the same thing. I spend last weekend playing a lot of Thomas' Battlezone TC hack. It's amazing how a controller change makes it like a new game. I had long mastered Battlezone. Now my high score is 66,000. I had no idea he made a Robot Tank hack for tank controls. Too bad we'll never see a cart of one. Godzilla #20 Posted October 15, 2004 yea robot tank with dual stick controls on a cart would be super sweet
Mountain King #21 Posted October 18, 2004 Star Voyager uses two joysticks, the second button will fire lasers and Solaris the second button switches the map which in turn saves fuel.
