anyone have Adventure for the C64

Looking for Adventure (the text adventure) for the C64.

Anyone have an extra copy ?

 

Or any of the Zorks?

i had it for vic 20 back in the day...loved it.

 

I haveall of the infocom stuff on emulators...good stuff...Enchanter is my fav.

yeah but more like Enchanter...basically you are in the woods.

You are in a cave. (Actually, "You are in a twisty maze of passage ways... all alike...")

 

Another name for the game is 'Collosul Caverns'

 

It was also called ADVENTUR because it could only hold 8 characters

 

It is considered the first text adventure. (although there were a couple before it, it was the most popular.)

 

It had a very "Lord of the Rings" flavor to it, which is why, as a 10 year old in 1981, I fell in love with the game.

 

It is the original origins of the words? XYZZY and PLUGH.

 

It was one of the first games I ever played on a computer.
