Well even though you have Battlemorph, Cybermorph is a must experience since it was the 1st game on the Jag. Also Doom, the first version to come out on any home console and it is a very nice version indeed. It is better than the 32X and Super Nintendo version, but it's definately not up to par with the great Playstation version. Still, a very nice and fun port.

I have Protector:SE. It is definately worth the purchase as it's quite the fun, fast-paced frantic shoot-em-up. Lots of replay value and you can just pick it up and play. Another game that comes to mind is Rayman, which was at first intended only for the Jag, thus programmed specifically for the hardware, and it really shines. Shows off the Jag's 2-d capabilities and proves that it could hang with the PS and Saturn in that department. A few other games I know for sure are very fun and worth looking into are Power Drive Rally and Iron Soldier 2.

As far as the cables, Definately go for the S-Video over the composite....just make sure your tv is S-video ready ;) S-video is noticeably sharper than composite, although composite is much better than RF.

Um, as far as what crap games you have, well I guess that depends how die-hard a Jag fan you are. :P In all seriousness, on average people think Checkered Flag is a real turd. I have it and actually beat it. I suggest using the camara furthest away from the car, as you can see the turns coming and makes it a bit easier with those awefull controls. The other 2 games you have which I've heard are stinkers...but I've not played, are Club Drive and White Men Can't Jump. Most of the rest range from average to great in the Jag library.

Also, be sure to play around with the VLM on the Jag cd, that is quite awesome.

The above talks about my love for Cybermorph, and how I loved hearing Skylar's voice that whole week till I picked up Bubsy.

(Are you starting to see why I liked Bubsy? It was kinda the first game I got that I considered fun on the Jag.)
