Pinball ROMs on MacMAME?

Would it be possible to run these ROM images I've seen on vintage pinball sites on MacMAME? I've done some searching on PinMAME, but all those versions that I've come across only run on Windoze.

 

Also, can I run Intellivision ROMs on MESS? The only INTV emulator for Mac that I've found won't run.

PinMAME uses VBScript files to generate the boards and such if I remember correctly, so getting to to run on and system besides Windows would require a huge rewrite :/
