atwwong
If Atari makes a Flashback 2 or whatever, it should have 100% compatibility with the VCS hardware, not the NES-on-a-chip solution. Maybe Atari will license production of Sunmark's work... Other things I would like to see: -compatibility with CX30 joystick & paddle, etc., plugs: if Atari is worried about legacy controller support, they could put a disclaimer right on the box stating they do not give technical support for legacy hardware, but they could still make it compatible -some way to use existing carts: Atari could have a disclaimer, same as above -a pause button -good shielding like the heavy-sixers (not likely in this age of plastic, but hey, this is a wish list) -detachable cords, making replacements easy -good games, originals, homebrews, repro's, whatever... That's all I can think of, for now...
Laner
good shielding like the heavy-sixers (not likely in this age of plastic, but hey, this is a wish list) Would that really matter one way or the other? Wouldn't RF interference be a non-issue with a composite video connection?

But it would be nice to get something that doesn't feel like el-cheapo plastic (high quality plastic would be acceptable . )

geosteve
I got mine today, at Best Buy sold as an 'open item', basically a slightly damaged box, which was opened to check parts but it works fine. Only $26, should be worth that
Flojomojo
Only $26, should be worth that You'll soon see that it's not. At least not for me ...the money doesn't really matter, but having a useless blob of plastic take up a power tap does.
