Atarifever #1 Posted November 14, 2004 Hey, I have a 31 in one game cartridge for Nintendo here. I found it in my attic when I went home this weekend. I remember that my parents ordered it for my brother for christmas one year. I remember that one of my friends had a 54 one or something like that. When I was a kid I always thought it was legal (I mean my parents don't exactly have black market connections), but I just stated to realize it's probably an unliscenced product. Anyone know if these were ilegal or if they were some kind of nintendo compilation. I remember that when my brother got it the games were pretty dated (excitebike, ice climnber etc while later megaman games were coming out). It's in two parts and has a "game converter" piece on the bottom.
AtariYoungin #2 Posted November 14, 2004 Sounds like an unlicenced Famicon Pirate multicart, that "game converter" is most likley a Famicon to NES converter.
Atari Charles #3 Posted November 17, 2004 I remember renting NES games from the local video store. I rented the 54 in 1 NES cartridge. It was a pretty cool idea, but the games were really bad(at least I thought so at the time). I should have bought the video stores old NES stock when they switched over to SNES, but back then I played the NES for fun and wasn't really into collecting.
