Illustrator for early Atari box covers

Does anyone know who was or whom were the illustrators who did the cover art for the boxes of early Atari 2600 games? I mean, the early ones like Video Checkers, Flag Capture, Backgammon, etc.

Many of the early boxes have similar art which leads me to believe that one illustrator or commercial artist did them.

Here is an old old thread regarding Atari Box art.

Not sure if there is more recent discussion available.

I thought I remembered a thread where someone actually had some original painting of box art.

Altho I can't recall if it was Atari's art or a 3rd parties.
