the seller has this item (just a sticker) quoted at weighing 1lb 8ozs, and then they add a $3.50 handling fee!! I fig the sticker weights maybe 4 oz's packaged in a box! What a ass....

That is pretty steep just to ship a piece of paper - it's overkill to send that any other way but First Class. Maybe you can get it shipped UPS Next Day for $36.69?!

You could tell the seller if you're going to pay that much for shipping on a 4 oz paper, you will expect them on your hand no more than 48 hours or you will report to eBay for non performing seller and file chargeback.

 

Or maybe you will simply look for different sellers.

I just shipped a loose 2600 game in a bubble mailer and the total weight was 4 oz. and cost $1.55 with the PayPal/Ebay/USPS 1st class/delivery/tracking number. So total invested was probably right at $2.00 . And when you are shipping 10+ packages at once-that $35.00+ would defidently come in handy.
