I am thinking STELLAR TRACK ATARI LABEL

Recommended Posts

I have been thinking again . i wonder what Stellar Track atari label might look like.

i have compiled a close if not fool proof look of a 1986 copyrighted Atari's own Stellar Track cart. now i am going to post it on the site of mine in a day or so but im sure you all will get a kick out of it

It would have looked like the standard Atari text2 label. Nothing special.

Ouch! And I thought I was anal... Anyway, your assuming Atari and Sears would have used the same artwork which isn't always true. BTW, why yellow? I've never been able to figure out a pattern to Atari's text coloring scheme.

If you want to see a real Atari Stellar Track look at this:

Not very appealing eh?

PITFALL

IN COPYRIGHT CHANGES IN 1985 CHANGED THE TEXT FROM ATARI INC. TO ATARI CORP.

BUT THE OTHER PARTS I CAN SEE

1981 PACMAN IS ROUNDED LIKE YOU SAY BUT 1987 PACMAN IS MORE SHARP IN LETTERING

Atari 70's. In spite of all the technical flaws the worst being of course the fact that the "All Rights Reserved" isn't vertically aligned with "ATARI, INC." as opposed to being 3 pixels higher.

That picture lable you made is awesome! I like it.
