Well, I decided to do it. I'm selling Malagai on Ebay. It is real but the label isn't in great condition. Winning bidder may choose to make a new label for it as there may be online sources to obtain the image of a label in a better condition.

Why would anyone want to do that? Taking off the original label would greatly de-valuate the cart. I think a Malagai with a repro label would be worth less than 50% off one with a slighlty damaged original label...

Even if it "wasn't allowed" I am sure someone would anyway.Even if it went un-godly high there is always someone w/more money.
