ok this is whats happening

 

The platform name "Turbo Grafx 16" is not valid. Please edit the platform name for this list or add this platform name to the list of platforms in the options dialog

 

the lists of games i made are still there but the names i added to the old version for the platforms are gone now and when i add the exact name of my saved list for turbo grafx 16 and others like panasonic 3do, philips cd i, i still get these kinds of messages

 

what am i doing wrong?

Forget these posts i shut down my computer and reopened the cart commander and now it seem to be adding the system platforms for me

heh ok this problem has nothing to do with shuting down the computer but in the way i worded my platforms in the old version, its late and im not all right in the head at the moment

 

there is no problems with the new version that i have found, and its working great

One dumb question--What program do you use to unzip/run this file?

I used WINZip version 8.0 to open and install the commander

There is the website to get winzip 8.0,just follow inst's--if I can make this work,anyone can!Now I got to get to bed before I mess something up on the computer....
