RARITY GUIDE for Nintendo

I know this has been talked about before but is there a good RARITY GUIDE for NES / SNES games like the one here for Atari games ?

 

I found this one for NES, I think the link has been posted here before. Is this one accurate you think for NES ?

are both good. The gamerzuniverse one is based on auction site trends over a 1 year period.

www.nesplayer.com has a rarity list but it is VERY similar to the one in the first post.
