Draikar #1 Posted December 31, 2004 I don't think this has been posted yet (not my auction). The lable looks fake, like it was cut in the upper right corner and sides. Is it rare ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8158195777&rd=
Draikar #2 Posted December 31, 2004 I just found it, only has 41 mins left. It seems to be a one day auction...
NE146 #3 Posted December 31, 2004 Hell no that aint rare.. I even got an earlier version of that. That's the old Sean Kelly multi.

Is it rare ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4315&item=8158195777&rd=1 That's a really old Sean Kelly multicart. It's missing a lot of games and isn't worth more than $50 tops. It will also get pulled in al likelihood. I don't get why the seller blacked out the dip switches in the picture.
itsralph #5 Posted December 31, 2004 I seem to remember this exact same listing except for the BS about the recording studio payment a couple months ago under a different seller ID who also sold records and had some very crappy feedback. And he had the dipswitches taped over in that auction too.
holygrailvideogames.com #6 Posted December 31, 2004 There is a member of AtariAge that sells a lot better version of the 5200 multicart than that one. It is menu driven and has a number of the 8 bit conversions on it.
yuppicide #7 Posted December 31, 2004 That's funny. As soon as I saw it I said Sean Kelly to myself, but where were the dip switches.. who sells 5200 multicarts with menus on here?! I might be interested in one.
Draikar #8 Posted December 31, 2004 Item was relisted... I would never buy a multicart, they don't look nice on a game shelf but thats just me... I have a felling this will pop up on some other screen name on ebay for a 1 day auction latter....

jetset #11 Posted December 31, 2004 And as if selling the item for over $200 isn't enough, he needs to charge $8 bucks for shipping.
yuppicide #12 Posted December 31, 2004 You can get an Atari 5200 4-port or 2-port WITH the multicart for $224.95 including one rebuilt controller. I think he stole the picture from here.. looks really familiar: http://www.4jays.com/5200-list.JPG http://www.4jays.com/52multi.jpg So, that's an older Sean Kelly cart?! jetset #13 Posted December 31, 2004 Item was relisted... Yes it was. And I let ebay know about his shipping charge the minute he did relist... We will thoroughly review the listing(s) you have reported for Fee Circumvention violations. We often rely on members like you to bring these violations to our attention. Just in case anybody wants to insist it's a waste of time to contacting ebay about shipping scams...check out the relisted item now. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...item=8158407170 Of course they may have yanked it because it is a multicart, but it's all good when the ends justify the means. Take a look.. it's VINTAGE Yes that's all original labelling. Wow, I've never seen one with a label like that before. How old is it? I really don't remember but I jumped on it when I first heard they were even available which I'm estimating is about 1995 or 96 (?). I do remember it wasn't all that long afterward.. like maybe a couple months later I started seeing them on the web with that nicer label like the one linked earlier. Funny thing about mine is that it has Space Invaders-Sport Goofy listed twice, and it doesn't list Stargate even though Stargate is on the cart. The story to that is I had the cart for a while, and once erroneously set the dip switches to a setting that caused the Stargate title screen to come up! (the game didnt work though). I was flabbergasted and emailed Sean and he emailed me back telling me the proper dip switch setting for Stargate. Funny.

I'm sure someone here will buy it. I sold my old multicart that way.
