DOA XEGS Help!

I got my XEGS in the mail today, hooked it up via RF and AV (not at the same time) and all I get is a blank screen. I've tried several different cables, etc. and I still get nothing. Is there something I'm missing?

Make sure you have the TV tuned to either channel 2 or 3, and that the switch is set appropriately on the XEGS. Also, if using the Video cables make sure Video goes to video on the TV - on the XEGS is it easy to switch the video for audio.

 

Do you get power on the XEGS? if so, and all connections are OK you might have a dead unit. Also, You can try with and without the keyboard attached .
