the label looks really glossy to on the cart...the same seller has another plastic boxed game but doesn't show the cart...weird.

This is a Telegames post-crash reproduction/re-release. They bought a lot of surplus stock or something and resold them in those cheapo plastic boxes, with photocopied instructions...

The cartridge case looks like a Coleco case, definately not a Parker Bros. case. The label looks like a copied reprint thus the shiney black parts next to the silver which would normally have a smaller inlay for the Parker Bros. label that should taper to a smaller width near the cartridge's open end. Looks like the case insert was copied with a B/W copeier and printed on orange paper.

Yep, that's a Telegames cart . . . Pretty well valueless from a collector standpoint, but hey, Gyruss is a great game . . .
