Astrobeej #27 Posted January 14, 2005 ooer dats awesome, cant wait 2 try. is this any different from the armies of versions of this i got as part of the different recent packs? The download is Rev. 18. The biggest difference is that it's encrypted, so you don't need a Dev. Jag or a bypass cart to make it go. Beej
MegaManFan #28 Posted January 14, 2005 What's the best program to burn this with on WinMX? I want to get it right the first time.
Atari-Jess #29 Posted January 15, 2005 The download comes with all the tools you need to burn it. I made one mistake (the disc had stickyness on it as I burned it) but the second one I did works perfectly! I am currently using WinXP and so if it works on that, it should work on anything else (or anything that has the same tool for other platforms as earlier mentioned)

vanadium #34 Posted January 20, 2005 Frickin' awesome. I've been able to show this to a bunch of former fans of the Jaguar, and they've dusted off their hardware just to give it a whirl!

justclaws #36 Posted January 23, 2005 Hello, My one seems to crash a bit here and there. i'm going to copy another one to see if it doesn't crash (as much). Anyone else have this problem? If so, where / at what point does it crash?I've bought 2 different versions of this, different versions, I always have frequent crashes when walking about, so maybe it's Jaguar version related, or I walk too much! You took the words out of my mouth re: thanks to the guys. @ belboz - nice work on the encryption Great work! @ Beej - Thanks again for all your help in getting all this great stuff out and making it readily available to the WHOLE (Jag) community Indeed, thanks for making this available to everybody, thanks A LOT! Cheers, JustClaws.

justclaws #38 Posted January 24, 2005 Hello, on "cdrecord -scanbus" my computer gave me a bluescreen... I'm using Win98SE and an IDE-burner. Perhaps (quite likely) your PC does not have the ASPI drivers installed. ASPI drivers are a pain in the neck, because they're required by open source stuff like "cdrecord" as a universal interface layer for DOS, but they are no longer supported well. Search for aspi*.* on your HD. There are also several other threads on AA explain them in detail. Cheers, JustClaws.
atarianer2003 #39 Posted January 24, 2005 ASPI-files I've found: Aspi2hlp.sys Aspi4dos.sys Aspi8dos.sys Aspi8u2.dos Aspicd.sys Aspi2dos.sys ...I think Aspi-Drivers are installed... Mike
