I recently had a problem with my main email account & Atari2600.com It was getting returned when I attempted to contact.

I tried a couple times to both his email from ebay & from his online store, and was getting an access denied error message when I tried to contact. I eventually contacted thru my hotmail account & it went thru.

It could be possible your email isn't getting thru to him.

Joe and his wife are great. Its not the cheapest place in town, but it is always (and I mean always) worth it. I know they were probably slammed over the holiday, so give them a few days to get straight. If you want things that are actually in their described condition (not the ebay "MINT AND MINT, except for the cat urine"), they are great.

I have spent way too much there over the years. :)

I have always had positive experiences with Atari2600.com, and Joe in particular. Only once did I have an issue with a controller, and that was quickly rectified. So I must say that not only am I pleased with their products, but the customer service as well. BTW, there is a phone number on the "contact us" portion of their website if you are having trouble getting an email response.

I had a hard time understanding Diggs' response. Think he tied one on. :)

I've never personally dealt with Atari2600.com. Maybe I should, but I've curved my spending unless I get great deals.

Joe sold me my first R8 at a CGE a few years back, and I'll never forget it. Very good guy to deal with.

I have bought a couple things from them. Always fast response to e-mails and quick delivery. Their prices are a little high, but they sell some of the best condition games and systems around!

id much rather deal with the high prices and know i am sending my money to a trustworthy fellow than deal with most of the drooling mongoloids on ebay anymore :) Think of it as a tip for service.
