If I had an EPROM burner, it would be a lot more interesting. I like that this one actually has a label though... perhaps it was actually a legitimate tester cartridge?

 

I think you can actually make one of these gee-gaws pretty easily... just take a Pac-man cartridge, de-solder the chip, and solder a socket in it's place... then look for some more 4K ROM's, and stuff 'em in.
