Title: Klax

Comments: Three words: "Addicting as hell!"

 

Title: Roadblasters

Score: 8.0

Comments: Pretty good port of the arcade version. Speech sysnthesis needs a little work though.

 

Title: Pinball Jam

Score: 5.7

Comments: A good idea, but only 2 tables! They probably could have squeezed another one in there (I'll take Pinbot, please!) if they tried.

 

Title: Steel Talons

Score: 8.2

Comments: Another good arcade port.

 

Title: Crystal Mines II

Score: 8.0

Comments: A good strategy game. Well worth the money.

 

Title: Battlezone 2000

Score: 8.5

Comments: A solid game with kick @$$ easter eggs. Control was a bit rough around the edges though.

 

Title: Raiden

Score: 6.0

Comments: Weak weapons (initially), tougher enemies, and the all to often encountered "Hail of bullets" really drag this potential winner down!

 

Title: Tournament Cyberball

Score: 2.5

Comments: To take a quote from American Idol's Simon Cowell: "Bloody pathetic!"

Yeah, the Battlezone easter egg is awesome

 

The "normal"game is quite good also, but after several waves it is getting a little boring, as the gameplay remains the same (in my opinion)

I think Raiden is excellent, and much more fun than Zarlor Mercenary, but you have to remember to get the very first powerup on the first level, or you'll end the game very quickly.
