That's one of the most interesting unlicensed Ataris out there IMHO. I'd be all over that if I had the money in hand. Been wanting one of those for a while now.

OK that's pretty cool, but I don't see 007 on it anywhere, was it really marketed as that?

I don't think so. It's just a Brazilian Dactar console-in-a-suitcase. Cool item, though. I've got the regular Dactar console (boxed and modded for A/V). The only problem with Brazilian PAL-M consoles is that they'll only play in B&W on NTSC sets unless you A/V mod them.
