Activision Boxing PINK?

I know this is pretty goofy and trivial, but am I the only one who finds it odd that Activion's Boxing comes with a PINK label? (I know there is a rarer blue version, but come on!) Who made these kinds of brainbusting decisions anyway????

If you have or have seen a boxing cartridge with a pink label, it's probably just faded. I've seen quite a few faded Activision carts, and it ain't pretty. Here's a scan of our Boxing cart (I believe it's from my collection), and it's clearly red:

Yeah, I guess it is red. Mine is pink, I guess from fading. Makes the game look like a sissy compared to my Brown Labelled Stampede.

Ha ha! We do have an entry with a picture for Actiplaque. Looks like we'll need to add one for Actifading as well. I'll have to dig through my carts and find a prime example. I know I have several.

Yeah, the pink labelled boxing IS different, instead of hitting each other, both fighters just sit down over a cup of cammomile tea and discuss the causes of their repressed emotions. The first one to reconcile his childhood pain is the winner, well...really - they're bothwinners
