Extenal MyIDE cart - HD and Power Unit

Recommended Posts

Folks,

I just got an internal MyIDE board hooked up in my 130XE - so I no longer need the External Cart connector nor the 2gig HD and 'housing case' I bought to use this.

If someone is interested in this setup pm me with an offer.

Note - The HD is nothing special and the housing unit isnt in that great a shape (it supples power is about all I can say for it :) ) - It also is missing the connector power cable since I needed it for the internal IDE->CF card I used (these cables are cheap though)

So,

If you are oly interested in the cart let me know.

I know this is a marketplace thing but I dont think the small 8bit crowd looks there (I dont ;) )

I live in the US on the East Coast.

It will work on an 800XL - I have everything except the IDE power cable that connects from the HD casing to the HD - you can get these for like $5 at CompuUSA or such.

I will try to take a picture later and post it here of everything I got. You will need some space for the HD case since the IDE cables are like 18 inches long and need to connect to the cart which goes into the Atari.

Heres the webpage that describes the Interal/External kits - I am offering my External Cart for a reasonible price (send me a PM offer). I originally paid $50 for the limited edition cart plus had to get the HD housing (to provide power) and the 2 gig HD.

From the Mr. Atari website:

The software & drivers supplied will work on any Atari-8bit machine with 64k and rev.2 XL/XE-OS minimum.
