Need help ID'ing a coin-op. Character says: Hattori Hanzo

I need help identifying a game for my buddy. . .

 

It's a fighting game that includes a ninja dressed in black with a red sash and when you select him, he says, "Hattori Hanzo!"

 

Hopefully I can get this monkey off his back and ID this. Also, is it available for MAME?
