Gregory DG #1 Posted February 14, 2005 Many (all?) emulators will run any ROM on a computer be it PAL or NTSC (at least that's my experience.) I have some ROMs I think are PAL... how can I find out if my suspicion is correct?
+Mitch #2 Posted February 14, 2005 Try it on a Cuttle Cart or Krok Cart and see if rolls or has weird colors. I think on a couple emulators you can hit some key and it will list the screen rate and you can usually tell that way too. Mitch
Gregory DG #3 Posted February 14, 2005 Try it on a Cuttle Cart or Krok Cart and see if rolls or has weird colors. That's my problem! I've got a ROM and it gives me screwy bars on the CC2... Almost like I'm using the wrong banking mode. I thought maybe it was a PAL game, but this particular ROM only has one banking mode. I just ran Good2600 on all my ROMs and the one in question didn't come up PAL... Hmmm...
CPUWIZ #4 Posted February 14, 2005 Which game is it?
Nukey Shay #5 Posted February 14, 2005 Load it in Z26 and hit the minus key once. This key cycles between NTSC, PAL, and SECAM palettes.
