Stella 1.4.1 and its itty bitty window

Whenever I fire up Stella 1.4.1 to play a game, it gives me a TINY little window to play in. It will not let me increase the size by any obvious method. is there a setting somewhere I have to change?

Press "Alt + Enter". More commands can be found in the stella.html file in the docs directory. Have fun!
