Pawnshop SCORE!

I hit a pawn I hardly ever hit today, and found a Panasonic 3DO with 3 boxed games (super street fighter II turbo, way of the warrior and immercenary) 2 controls and AV hookup. All for a cool $50. I'm stoked This is probably my best pawnshop find. The guy was real cool, played a game of street fighter with him (and lost) while I checked it out. He said he had a 2600 with 30 or so games that someone offered him $120 bucks for so he sold it. I told him he got a good payday on that one (dont know if there was anything rare in the lot or not). Still a good score though.

Way to go Cobra! Every now and then you can get a good deal at pawns however I always have much better luck with thrifts, congrats.

I've pretty much given up on pawn shops. The only thing thye ever have is overproced current gen stuff around here.

It's not much better down south, although a few of them also have overpriced last gen stuff as well. Lots of PSX and N64 games for $7-$8, with loose SNES and Genesis games going for around $5 each.

Thanks guys, I was playing "Imercenary" a strange game, pretty fun though. I realized this is a fairly advanced console considering its 12 years old. Any recomended games? I dont realy like fighters, more like FPS's and puzzle games.

I remember reading a preview of Immercenary right before it came out, and when I finally get around to buying a 3DO, it's going to be one of the first games i'll pick up. It looks pretty interesting, in that early '90s "Lawnmower Man" virtual reality cyberspace kind of way. Congrats on your pawnshop score!
