Ralph3 #1 Posted February 19, 2005 Is ther a good FREE Ebay listing tool?image host that doesn't have to be downloaded and wants a credit card?
Mindfield #2 Posted February 19, 2005 eBay's turbo lister is free. Whether or not it's good I've yet to work out. It does seem to have a few bugs, though. As for image hosting, Image Shack appears to be a pretty good free one based on the bits i've read about it so far. Max image size of 1mb, unlimited bandwidth and storage space, etc.
Ralph3 #3 Posted February 21, 2005 I just listed (this evening) my arcade boards tonight with the eBay turbo lister. Worked really good. I was surprised! Need a big eyed emoticon to put here. It took about an hour and half to make the auctions (including downloading and renaming/cropping pics) to list 20 auctions: http://tinyurl.com/5xwka
Mindfield #4 Posted February 21, 2005 Not bad. Took me longer to list the last batch of 6 auctions I put up, but I did a lot of picture taking, image cropping/balancing ('cos my Palm's camera sucks and needs the considerable talents of Photoshop before anything's even remotely legible) and then writing out of the descriptions 'n stuff. Plus I was figuring out how to use the damn thing on top of it all. Still, it worked, though frankly given all the time it took to do all the off-eBay stuff it probably only ended up saving me 10 minutes or so. Plus, its HTML designer sucks. I still use Dreamweaver to design my auctions, then just copy 'n paste the relevant HTML block into Turbo Lister. All in all though it's not too shabby.
