dalton4life #1 Posted February 24, 2005 I've been wanting this game for PS2 for a while since my Dreamcast stopped working but $50 is the cheapest I've seen it for. Anyway here's the soonest ending auction I've seen for it. I paid $9.99 at a pawn shop today. I watch shocked but keep my cool when I saw it. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...8171068921&rd=
keilbaca #2 Posted February 24, 2005 someone stole my copy, and someone stole the disk to my japanese copy (i have the case still). Nice find, this is my favorite fighting game by far. Lucky! Dynamite>
dalton4life #3 Posted February 24, 2005 Thanks a lot and I am sorry to hear about your lose. Both of them. This was the alot last arcade game that I pumped mad quarters into. A Burger King near where I used to work years ago had a little arcade in it and it had a MVC2 game. I used to play it on my lunch breaks all the time. I love how Juggernaut takes up half the screen. Hehe yeah, my usual team is Magento, Cammy and Juggernaut. I can do some really nifty combos with Cammy and Magneto, and Juggernaut is my main assist guy/tag in-super combo for massive damage. sega saturn x #5 Posted February 24, 2005 Thats a great find i played it none stop when i got it on dreamcast never did unlock every thing though.
dalton4life #6 Posted February 24, 2005 I never unlocked it all either. And I'm not trying to unlock it either here. I've left that to my game shark. It's just way too many characters to unlock but it looks crazy when they are all out there on the select screen but then again the game itself it crazy in a good way. It my favorite 2d fighter with SFIII 3rd Strike as my 2nd favorite. Killer Instinct is 3rd if that's consindered a 2D fighter.
sega saturn x #7 Posted February 24, 2005 I here ya its definetly my number 1 or 2 favorite 2-d fighting game.
Mr.FoodMonster #8 Posted February 24, 2005 It's a really awesome game. I was intrested enough to pick it up close to its release date, and I'm glad. I think it was $30 or $40. My area always seems to get HTF games (I saw dozens of copies of Fatal Frame, Gitaroo Man, REZ and others when they came out. I wish I had bought the latter two) I unlocked all the charaters, and now am working on costumes and all that fun stuff. I have a nice amount of it unlocked too, it seems... better if you do it all yourself. My main team as of late is Megaman, Strider, and either Wolverine or Cable. I dont lose all that often =P
xenomorpher #9 Posted February 24, 2005 I love that game for Dreamcast. It got me into fighting games. I always used Wolverine, Jill Valentine, Spiderman, and Megaman. I wasn't a big fan of fighters, but this sucked me in.
Sauza12 #10 Posted February 24, 2005 I have a couple of different teams that I like to use in this game, but one of my favorite to play as is Juggernaut, Hulk and Collosus(sp?). They are so big and can dish out so much damage that it just seems unfair at times.
Jess Ragan #11 Posted February 25, 2005 Sweet find! I discovered a copy of WipeOut Fusion at my local pawn shop, but right now I just can't afford it! Le sigh, le sob. JR
keilbaca #12 Posted February 25, 2005 Ah, Jill, she's one of the characters I choose for the 3rd person. I always use cammy and magneto, and sometimes the 3rd person is juggernaut, jill, psylocke, storm, captain commando, megaman, dan, or akuma.
