sandmountainslim #1 Posted March 1, 2005 Ok , Saboteur or A-Team which is your favourite version of the game and why? I myself like A-Team best simply due to the nostalgia of it what with getting to be a lighning powered Mr. T. So whatcha think?

Dolt #3 Posted March 1, 2005 Ok , Saboteur or A-Team which is your favourite version of the game and why? I myself like A-Team best simply due to the nostalgia of it what with getting to be a lighning powered Mr. T. So whatcha think? Ever hear someone use a turn of phrase that happens to be a lyric and then it sets off a song in your head? Ya did that to me... "So whatcha think? / You like the Yankees or the Mets this year? / And what about this latest war of words? / What about the Commies?" Can anyone name it? +FujiSkunk #4 Posted March 1, 2005 Asterix or Obelix? You mean Asterix or Taz, right?
Jess Ragan #5 Posted March 1, 2005 Gotta be the A-Team for me, foo. It doesn't have much to do with the television show, but Sabateur's characters don't have any relevance to me personally. They're not memorable, and they don't invoke nostalgia like A-Team does. JR
Tempest #6 Posted March 1, 2005 Well since I wrote the manual for Saboteur, I'm partial to it. Once we added the story line, I enjoyed the game much more than I did before (Save The Gorfons! has more meaning). A-Team *Does* have a story line (I need to dig up HSW's notes), but it's pretty lame. Obviously a tacked on story for a quickly retooled game. +DamonicFury #9 Posted March 2, 2005 Just curious... was the final version of the Saboteur ROM ever released? (Other than in the short-lived, ill-fated AtariAge reproduction.)

sandmountainslim #11 Posted July 18, 2009 This thread is my baby so I am allowed to bring it back to life Does anyone know if the bin of the final version of A-Team is available online anywhere? The one here in the AA Database is the early version which still has mostly Saboteur elements like robots in it. Thanks. Wp
