_The Doctor__ #9 Posted May 3, 2017 (edited) ^%[email protected]#!^%*@((*#^(*@)*))&*^&%[email protected] Stan Ockers-the best known programmer for the Atari and the master of public domain software.... he will live on forever in his work and commitment to the public domain effort and ethic. Best hopes for Stan's family and friends as he was of good character and imaginative to a degree that most will never witness or see again... you can not help but miss such a person who has left this kind of mark on the world. We are richer for his experiences, and his sharing them, as well as the time he gave to us, and I fear are much poorer now in his absence. Thank you is all that can be said, thank you...... Gury #10 Posted May 6, 2017 I am very sorry for sad news about Stan, rest in peace. I hope there is Heaven and that everybody is happy there, with no pain. He was great developer and also author of many articles about his creations in magazines.
