bin to hex

I have an old Gangpro-8 programmer that only accepts .hex files. how can I convert a bin to hex format

There are tons of utilities on the net for that. Try srecord for instance:

Oh, apparently they don't provide binaries. If you can't compile it yourself, I can probably dig up an older version and upload it.
