Power supply casing for sure, I have one just like it, but what inside I don't know. Would there even be enough room in it for all that, & retain the original transformer? I'm guessing that was pulled & this was used because of it's small size & cool Atari logo on top. That brick should have a cord going out of both sides, so one was cut off, or replaced with a din connection possibly on that one side that's viewable?? Hard to see what it is exactly.
