Philflound #3 Posted March 23, 2005 Frig the response, I reported it to ebay. Let them decide. Phil
davepesc #4 Posted March 23, 2005 His response: "the buyer did't wanted it so I relisted it. he said he made a mistake when bidding."

video game addict #7 Posted March 23, 2005 Check the second highest bidders feedback. The 2nd highest bidder already won these games from that seller previously. This dude's been talked about here before. Shill account/bidding. I'd bet $1000 it is.
CPUWIZ #8 Posted March 23, 2005 The 2nd highest bidder already won these games from that seller previously. This dude's been talked about here before. That's what I was getting at. He also won this twice before... http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ssPageName=WDVW Blatently obvious.
video game addict #9 Posted March 23, 2005 Some one should email him & explain he doesn't need to keep using the same two ids like that over & over again, he's bound to be caught that way. He needs to create some totally unique ids like manny814 & 814lazara Gotta keep those ebay snoops off his trail!
UK WOMBLE #10 Posted March 23, 2005 What sort of makes me smile is that he quite obviously is sitting there smiling to himself about how clever he's being fooling all those stupid ebayers with his clever little strategy.. what a donut !! Si
davepesc #11 Posted March 23, 2005 I sent him another e-mail: "Boy, 813lazara sure likes Spike's Peak"
davepesc #12 Posted March 23, 2005 I also added both accounts to my block list. If I'm going to F with him, I don't need him Fing back.

deathtrappomegranate #14 Posted March 24, 2005 I noticed that he mentioned AA in one of his listings. Perhaps if he checked out the forums, he would realise that shill bidding is illegal and stupid.
davepesc #15 Posted March 24, 2005 Jetset, I didn't report him. I've never reported anybody for anything that didn't directly affect my wallet. I'm just letting him know that he hasn't fooled the world and that there may be a reason that he keeps winning his own auctions.

Just curious; I haven't used ebay very often.
Christophero Sly #17 Posted March 24, 2005 What an idiot! Is he actually paying out the final value fees on those auctions? He bought Spikes Peak from himself for $200!!! Bunch of f'd the f up arrogant busybody ebay police you guys are. Look at it this way, he wanted $10 to ship that Spikes Peak cart.

Just curious; I haven't used ebay very often. Some people will be critical if you report fraud, illegal activity, or pretty much anything in an auction in which you weren't the buyer or the seller. Personally, I think that the fewer shill bidders there are on ebay, the better it will be for everyone.

I actually appreceate this thread. I probably would not have noticed what this twit is doing... Why is it considered bad form to report somebody? Just curious; I haven't used ebay very often. It isnt. There's just a select few who like to come and threadcrap those who are trying to help make Ebay a better place to buy from.
davepesc #20 Posted March 24, 2005 What's funny is that his spelling doesn't get any better no matter which personality he is using. Check out the e-mail: "the buyer did't wanted it so I relisted it. he said he made a mistake when bidding" And this feedback from lazara: "the greates e-seller" Cue the Law & Order "bom-bom"

Mindfield #22 Posted March 25, 2005 Looks like we won't need to worry about this guy anymore -- he's now NARU. :-) Of course he'll probably just come back again with yet another alter ego.
