Modded Xbox with ROMS on the Hard Drive!?

Isn't this against Ebay rules. I did notitce that the seller is new to Ebay, and I apologize if this is anybody here.

Sounds to me like he has MAME and ROMs (and possibly other emus) on the hard drive. ("to allow you entertainment of all your old favorite games and arcade games"). Still a definite no-no, though.
