diggs130 #1 Posted March 29, 2005 Is this game any good,IE (play as the original Star Castle)?Man when I was young I jammed hell of quarters in it!I have it(star castle) on vectrex but its just not the same on the small screen and I've got a chance to buy the colecovision version but I'd like to know if its any good play wise before I drop a chunk of change on it!Thanks for any and all input! Lord Helmet #5 Posted March 30, 2005 Seems like there are quite a few Colecovision homebrew games out there that are no longer available. It would be really cool if AA could produce these! I have been collecting classic games for years, but didn't really get into the homebrew collecting scene until a year or two ago. Before then I would always just play the homebrews via emulation. It seems like alot the releases from the last 5 years or so are not available anymore. That is especially true for CV games, and Atari repro's. I used to look at them and think...someday I'll get around to ordering those..then one day they were all gone...and I am left beating myself up for being such a procrastinator...grrr. BTW, I'm still dying for a copy of Steamroller, should anyone ever have any plans to re-release it (I know it's not a homebrew, but it isn't available anymore). Its not that I dont like it,Its a great little system. I'd just like to play it on a bigger screen thats all! I'll 2nd that on Steam Roller,gotta find that one yet .
