WTB: NES ROB The Robot

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for a ROB. I need just the robot. Mine has stop working. It does not move up or down. I would also be interested in ROB and 1 game with pieces. I have 2 different Atari Cosmos Holos I could trade (plus some cash).

The 2 holos are worth about $40 - $50.

Thanks!

Rasterscan,

The reason the arms assembly of your R.O.B. has quit working is because there is a cluster of gears that has come unglued that is supposed to be working as a single unit but now they all spin independently. You can get them to spin as a single unit again by gluing them together with a fast bonding glue, just don't secure the assembly to the axle or that will ruin the entire assembly. Just glue together what is in the red circle, and do NOT let any glue drip onto the axle or the results could be disastrous. Just thought you'd like to know that your R.O.B. is salvageable :)
